We run remote monitoring and management across your whole fleet. A lightweight agent on every workstation, laptop, and server reports hardware health, capacity, service state, and connectivity on a continuous interval. When a condition crosses a threshold, a ticket is raised and, where the fix is safe and repeatable, an automation runs first.

On top of that sits the maintenance cycle. Operating system and third-party application updates approved, tested against a pilot group, deployed inside maintenance windows, and reported afterward so patch compliance is evidence rather than assurance.

Security is operated, not merely purchased. Behavioural endpoint detection with automatic isolation, ransomware rollback, enforced disk encryption, removal of local administrator rights, and multi-factor authentication on everything that faces the internet. Then a response plan agreed before you need it.
