Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, scrape at a volume that degrades service for others, interfere with the operation of the site, or submit false information through our forms.

Services and engagement terms

Content on this site describes our capabilities and is not an offer or a quote. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, and schedule. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.

• Scope changes are re-scoped and priced in writing before additional work begins.
• Third party costs such as media spend, licenses, and paid data are billed at cost.
• Timely client input, access, and approvals are required. Delays in those shift delivery dates.

Intellectual property

The Lingows name, brand system, site design, and site content are our property or licensed to us. Deliverables produced under a client engagement transfer to the client upon full payment, excluding our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal methods, which remain ours and are licensed to the client for use within the deliverable.

Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated in the applicable agreement. Late balances may pause active work. Fees are non-refundable for work already performed.

No guarantee of results

Search engines, answer engines, and advertising platforms control their own ranking, citation, and delivery systems and change them without notice. We commit to method, effort, and reporting. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the site or from services is limited to the fees paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction.
