Lingows
Faceted iceberg above a deep submerged lattice, for the firm Lingows has built in Colorado since 2011.

About

A marketing firm that learned to build software

Lingows was founded in 2011 in the Denver area. What started as a marketing services shop is now an applied AI firm that builds the frontends and runs the programs that make them findable.

The story

How we got here

We started in 2011 doing what most Denver-area agencies did: search campaigns, content, media buying, and brochure sites. It worked for a long time. Google Premier Partner status came out of that era, and so did most of the 30 plus years of combined experience on the team today.

Then two things changed at once. Clients stopped asking for pages and started asking for software: portals, calculators, booking flows, dashboards, intake systems. And answer engines started resolving questions before anyone clicked through to a site at all.

We stopped building brochure sites. We build application frontends now, on the same architecture behind SpinFlow.ai, our sister company and first to market AI product that Lingows uses in house. Real state management, real data, real speed, server-rendered so search engines and AI crawlers see everything on the first request.

The marketing side did not go away, it got sharper. Structure is what gets a page cited, so the team that builds the frontend and the team that runs the visibility program are the same team. That is the whole thesis, and it is why the nine pillars share one roadmap instead of nine invoices.

We are still in Lafayette, Colorado, still serving the Denver metro and the Front Range, and still small enough that the people who scope your work are the people who build it.

Operating principles

What we actually hold to

These are not values on a wall. They are the rules we use to settle arguments.

Build first, decorate later

Architecture sets the ceiling. We fix routing, rendering, and data before anyone argues about a hero image.

Speed is a feature

Server rendering and a tight data layer are not a technical preference. They are what makes a page usable and citable.

Talk to the builders

You speak with the people doing the work. Nothing gets relayed through a layer that cannot answer the question.

Say the honest thing

If a pillar will not move your numbers, we say so before it lands in a proposal.

Measure what pays

Impressions are not the deliverable. We tie the work to pipeline and report against it every month.

Leave it maintainable

Everything we ship is documented, tokenized, and structured so the next person can extend it.

Start with a conversation, not a contract

Tell us what you are trying to build and we will tell you what it actually takes.
