Nobody here hands work to an account manager to translate. You talk to the client whose result you are responsible for.
You write things down
Diagnoses, decisions, and tradeoffs go in writing. It is how a small team stays coordinated without meetings eating the week.
A generalist who automates their own job is worth more than three specialists defending theirs.
