Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically as you use the site.

• Information you submit: name, email address, company, website, budget range, service interests, and the content of your message when you use a contact form or email us.
• Automatically collected data: IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and interaction events gathered through analytics and tag management.
• Client engagement data: account access, performance data, and content we process on your behalf under a services agreement.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use information

• Responding to inquiries and preparing scopes, diagnoses, and proposals.

We use artificial intelligence tools in our own operations and in the systems we build for clients. Where an AI system processes information you provide, we limit inputs to what is needed for the task, we do not submit sensitive personal information to third party models, and we do not permit vendors to train general purpose models on client data where the vendor offers that control.

Automated tools support our work. They do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Sharing and service providers

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including hosting, analytics, email delivery, and CRM providers, each bound by contract to use the data only for the services they supply to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are kept while a prospect relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Client records are kept for the term of the engagement and as long as legal, accounting, and contractual requirements demand. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and least privilege practices, and we accept that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents may request access to their personal data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, a portable copy, and may opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. Residents of other states and regions may hold comparable rights.
