Faceted iceberg above a deep submerged lattice, for the diagnose, architect, build and compound process.

Process

Four phases, and you always know which one you are in

Diagnose, architect, build, compound. Every phase ends in a deliverable you can open, and nothing moves forward on a verbal agreement.

The process

What each phase actually produces

No phase ends in a status update. Each one ends in a document, an interface, or a measurable change.

  1. Step 1: Diagnose

We audit the frontend, the crawl surface, the analytics, and the pipeline before anyone writes code. You get a written diagnosis with the problems ranked by what they cost you.

  2. Step 2: Architect

Routes, rendering strategy, data layer, schema, content model, and measurement get designed together. Architecture sets the ceiling on everything that follows.

  3. Step 3: Build

We ship in phases against the architecture. Every phase ends with something server-rendered you can open, test, and put in front of a real user.

  4. Step 4: Compound

Publishing, measurement, and tightening continue after launch. Organic and answer engine visibility reward properties that keep moving.

A typical engagement

What the calendar looks like

A typical build opens with two weeks of diagnosis and architecture. You get findings, a route map, a schema plan, and a measurement plan before a single component is written.

Build runs in two-week phases. The first phase usually lands the shell, the design tokens, and the highest-value route server-rendered end to end. Later phases add the data layer, the interactive surfaces, and the programmatic pages.

Once the platform is live, most clients move into an ongoing program. That is where content, answer engine coverage, paid media, and conversion work compound month over month against the same measurement model.
