MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Identify, diagnose and document hardware failure or software problems on a variety computer related equipment.
• Recommend components/configurations and assemble, customize and repairing computer systems and software.
• Consistently achieve productivity, customer satisfaction and sales attachment goals of Lingows service repair shop.
• Complete assigned work orders (diagnostics, upgrades or builds) within established timeframes.
• Complete all job related service system transactions timely and accurately.
• Understand and utilize technical manuals and support resources, and not be afraid to call 3rd party tech support.
• Maintain the Lingows image by being professional in your appearance, ensuring a quality work, proper tracking and reporting.
